Paul’s work in governance represents leadership at the highest level of organisational oversight - influencing how boards function, how decisions are made, and how modern governance is practised.

As President and Chair of the Board for the Change Management Institute (CMI), he acts as the global spokesperson for the profession: modernising governance, empowering the CEO and championing ethical and effective leadership worldwide.

His Presidency reflects a career-long commitment to improving how boards and leaders work together to deliver impact that lasts

Before establishing Skipta Consulting, Paul held senior leadership roles within NHS Improvement, NHS England and BAE Systems (spanning aerospace, technology and defence).

He has consulted into organisations including NHS Supply Chain, the Department for Transport and Transport for London, advising executives and boards on governance, organisational change and leadership effectiveness.
